Series Automatic Soldering Machine
The automatic soldering robot is built for precision work with temperature-sensitive electronic components, especially those that can’t go through a reflow soldering process. It supports spot welding and drag soldering, and its soldering gun can rotate and angle to handle challenging positions. The machine allows programming of various soldering parameters and stores multiple procedures, so it can adapt to different product styles. It also includes features to reduce pad damage (spring-buffered solder chucks), automatic cleaning of the soldering tip, and alarms for tin supply issues—designed for improving consistency, reducing manual labor, and accommodating varying soldering needs.
Features
• Single-station working mode. • Supports both spot welding and drag (pull) welding. • Fast heating via a ceramic heating core — can reach high tip temperature quickly and recover fast during soldering. • Temperature control using high-frequency eddy current heating. • Programmable features: datum point correction, pattern/array soldering, automatic positioning. • Stores multiple operating procedures so the same machine can handle soldering of different product styles. • Adjustable solder tip spring buffer pressure to reduce pad damage. • Customizable soldering tip/head design to suit particular product requirements. • Intelligent multi-section tin feeding (i.e., the tin feed can be controlled in sections, with freely set parameters). • Automatic cleaning of the soldering tip/head (air-blowing method) plus alarm for tin supply issues.
