Solder Paste Management Machine
Intelligent solder paste management machine is used for realizing solder paste and red glue automatic in and out of storage, automatic thawing, automatic stirring(only for solder paste). All these functions are automatically completed under the control of the robot system, the solder paste in and out of the storage efficiency is high, time control of thawing, stirring time is accurate, can greatly reduce the manual management of solder paste prone to various problems, suitable for SMT workshop solder paste management, while the data support accessing MES, WMS system, improve the solder paste and red glue management information level.

• Full automatic control: Solder paste management machine adopts PC+motion shaft card+servo motor to realize the full automatic management of solder paste and red glue in and out of the storage.• High storage density: The device adopts a rotating disc type, and the solder paste is stored in the same layer, which has the front and rear storage locations to further improve the storage density.
• High precision temperature control: Adopt imported frequency conversion compressor and PID temperature control algorithm to control the temperature to the target temperature accurately.• No pneumatic supply type: all the operating mechanisms of the equipment adopt electric mode to avoid air supply affecting the operation of the equipment.• High speed stirring: The solder paste stirring module adopts rotation and revolution mode, and achieves high speed and stable stirring of the solder paste with high performance servo motor.
