The Semi Automatic Desktop Dispenser is an easy set-up benchtop/desktop format precision fluid dispenser. Its compact size is designed for the highest flexibility, this allows engineers to relocate without consideration of space limitations conveniently.

• Adaptive Pump Switching Technology: can swap between different pump types (jet, contact, volumetric, etc.). • Optional full‐CE certified enclosure with failsafe protection (shuts off if foreign object/movement detected). • Large work area / dispensing area: 350 mm x 350 mm allows working on large or variably shaped workpieces without special jigs. • Vision Calibration System: integrated vision system to find exact XY positions on the workpiece, detect misalignments, improve accuracy. • Lasered height examination / non-contact height measurement (optional confocal sensor) for varied surface topologies and materials. • Auto Nozzle Tip Cleaner: removes impurities and buildup to maintain consistent performance. • Smart Heater Control: programmable heater for the workpiece (“heater chuck”)—manual & auto settings up to 100°C.
